[name removed] has been amazing throughout my process kept me gave and made me feel very welcome and unembarrassed about the situation what a amazing woman and a asset to St. Mary's and NHS.
Suggested improvements
Struggle to get through on phone between 8:30 to 11:00 am but I understand they are busy and working hard I old always get through in the end.

When I calmed down, being referred to another unit 2nd in 24 hours. I soon realized that the staff were there to help me.
Suggested improvements
The back entrance with single bed and open toilet,with several members of staff greeting me was very difficult.

Really good carers pack and they are looking after me too. My son is doing well, thank you. The team were really quick in responding to the referral. I was so surprised.
