Everything, I felt that I could do it when explained what to do.
Got lots of encouragement and kindness. I will miss coming.
Felt secure in the bars before fear to walk with a frame.
Improvements:
Toilets accessable for wheelchair would be better.

To let people aware of the rules that are not in the book on arrival. If a person brings in a repeat prescription should be allowed them instead of having to wait for spinny to order another bottle. To much wait.
Food diabolical.
