The help and support Ive had.
Trish always spends time finding out exactly what is the issue and she offers good advice and strategies. Sometimes its takes a long while to get to the care issue to deal with but she has always given plenty of time to do this - as sometimes I don't know what the care issue, I just have a lot of things I am worried about and she helps, me to identify this. She has also offered emotional and practical help and advice with my parents because I wasnt coping due to health issues.
Nice staff that listen and are patient when teaching.
The care here in King Fisher Ward is very good. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and compassionate. I would say that the of nurses with there activities are really helpful. My best part of the story was with Suda and her cooking class.IT was different interesting and brought the patients together. It tought me new skills to learn about different culture and foods and It helped me with budgeting and realising that you don't need to spend ridiculous money to cook for people.
Made very welcome on arrival with re-assurance.
The staff are first class.
