This review does not cover why I was sent for an appointment at the John Notley Therapy Unit as I went for an assessment by the Parkinson's Nurse and the Neuro-Physiotherapist as a result if my recent Parkinsons diagnosis. The help and information received was excellent and I can thoroughly recommend anyone to attend these assessments.

Rosemary is very helpful towards me she is very friendly and helps me through all my medical appointments and she is going to support me through my operations ans also breast clinic and helpful with everything else and Rosemary always explain and reassures me with what is going to happen.
