I was very anxious in requesting care but all my concerns were respected and diminished.
Very quick and discreet service & very non judgemental nurses excellent all around
The ARMS service was helpful in providing a high quality of care that isn't necessarily focused on as much in the average NHS counselling service. The ability to connect and see that my therapists were actively listening made all the difference in my recovery journey. Furthermore, my community support worker made it possible for me to find the confidence to get out of the house more often to write in a different environment while talking to someone, which was a big step for me.
Staff are lovely, professional and the service offered is great but it’s taken over a month to receive my results leaving me feeling somewhat lost in the system.
If this is In answer to the culture question above I pressed it by mistake,
I am really sorry this happened. I have passed your comment to the service manager to action. You may wish to contact the department and talk through your concerns. The manager's name is Lucie Greenham. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
I don’t have any spiritual faith or culture needs.
Because initially my swab result showed i’ve got gonorrhoea but then i just couldn’t figure out why so i had a retesting and it turned up negative. so just wondering why that happened???
We are sorry for the confusion. Please contact the service and I am sure they will be able to explain.
The physio was [name removed], who was very knowledgeable, professional, caring and polite.
The care is always good and I feel listened too, sometimes a bit hit and miss with time management
