[name removed] treated me as another human being, from the start he was interested, kind, understanding, thoughtful, helpful, I cannot fault his professionalism at all and I hope this is fully and sincerely recognized within his team and wider department. We need more people in every profession like [name removed].

The physio was absolutely excellent. She understood how to engage with my daughter and did so with such care, passion, enthusiasm and knowledge. She was human with a fab personality to match. She took time to ask my daughter if she was comfortable and made sure to tell her if she wasn’t she must say. She explained everything so my daughter understood. She is an asset to you and should be recognised for how she delivered the physio with my daughter today.

The nurses are so, so good.

The phone lines. I have tried to book an appointment since 2021 for my medication but didn't get a call back until May 22.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you have struggled to get through on our phone lines to book an appointment for your medication. The NISHH phone lines are busy but if you can try ringing at quieter times, for example in the evenings this should be easier. The HIV team do also have a medication recall system so no one is missed.
