My care coordinator was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and always kept me informed of anything l needed as well as being very supportive. I dont know if l would have got through everything without the nstep team and especially Jane Bridon and Dr Scanlon. The crisis team service believe could be improved especially the fact there was a different person each time, continuity would have been better.
