From the very first contact until discharge, my daughters needs were heard and accommodated every step of the way. Physical and mental wellbeing surrounding the hand therapy was important to the staff, and help was offered every step of the way. Informed, friendly staff made the process very easy and every step was explained perfectly. Advice given was easy to follow, and follow-up calls were friendly and full of advice. Would highly recommend [name removed] as a therapist to all who need their help.
