Thank you for your feedback. The light is kept on to enable staff to make sure you are ok without disturbing you. We advise the use of eye masks at night. We apologise that you were not shown the night light during your admission. It appears that you have been using the night light above the headboard, but there is a dim light that can be activated by staff in the bedroom ceiling that could have been used as an alternative and that would have interrupted your sleep.
