Overall service was good. Compared to a family doctor, which for me was poor.

Suggested improvements
The so called “night light” is far too bright. It stops me for sleeping, in bedroom, constantly waking me up, in the night.

I am sorry about the night light keeping you awake. We do have eye masks available. I have passed your comment to the ward matron to check the light. Best wishes Hugh

We apologise for your experience and disturbed sleep, however in order to be able to observe patients during the night for risk/safety we need to be able to see patients. Patients that are deemed to be low risk of harm are able to use their own eye masks to aid sleep.
