Response from St Mary's Hospital

Thank you for your useful feedback. I am sorry that this has been your experience as our philosophy is to provide person centred care just as you outline. I have passed your comment to the ward matron to discuss with staff. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager

Response from St Mary's Hospital

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt you were not offered suitable therapy during your time with us. We endeavour to ensure all patients are offered therapy suitable to their needs- both in groups or on an individual basis. This is offered by our ward staff and occupational therapy staff. Psychology can also be offered if deemed suitable for your needs.
