I had not realized we had come to Bart's instead of Royal London where we were booked in. The lady on reception booked us in today and cancelled our Royal London appointment thus avoiding another visit. Thank you.

The service is already excellent but today was much more. The appointment was booked for another hospital but the lady in reception on imaging department went the extra mile and phoned the other hospital to inform them and managed to book us at Barts. All sorted in minutes with no issue. Keep up the excellent work.
