Good communication.
Explanations for each step/part of process.
Only thing to improve - didn't hear back about blood test results in past few appointments at the time I was told I would.

Caring, friendly staff.
Lots of information given about the process.
The only difficult part was the wait between first and second cycle which was almost 5 months - it was hard to get any information about when I would be seen - which felt quite stressful.
