Having been coming here (St Barts) over the years, a lot of improvements have been made in terms of service delivery. Staff from consultants to the lower cadre are fantastic and professionalism is of very high standard, e.g the reception desk clerical staff are helpful to patients. This morning without Ms Lumina I didn't know what to do having two appointments within 30 mins of each. She contacted all the relevant staff for me without worries. My thanks.

Registrar excellent but waiting room very crowded and difficult to hear verbal announcements if you are seated at the opposite end of the room from nurses.

Appointment times! Always have to wait more than an hour for my appointment and this is unacceptable.
I am a nurse at the Royal London hospital and have run my own outpatient clinics and we never kept our patients waiting this long. You may need to consider having a second clinic if you cannot see all your patients and Monday (endocrine) clinic 13/11/17- I waited 75 minutes, I complained to my consultant who informed me that my file had been placed into wrong file. I got no help from the receptionists when I asked.

New system works very well compared to what it used to be 30 years ago since I have been coming to Barts.
