Things went according to plan in a kind and dignified way.
- Giving patients an idea about the timing of the procedure would have a calming effect on them instead of waiting in suspense.
- Could I maybe complete the trust on the outstanding quality of doctors and nurses.

The staff are great.

- Efficiency of getting me seen.

- Hospital is a little old and unclean in places.
- Ward nurses very caring, tea was made.

Well, all can say is that what's good about my care is that the doctors and nurses are very good and they listen to patients very carefully in order to give the best care that they can. And this is what I'm getting and I believe that it's a great improvement.

Extremely caring, considerate and very respectful, in manner and care. My stay in ward 5 B was 5 star treatment. I could not ask for better. Thank you everyone "you are all stars" you may go to the top of the class" Brilliant.

I was extremely pleased and comforted by the team that cared for me, made me smile and gave me a real sense of security. I can honestly say my treatment could not have been improved upon.

Attitude of nurses and care staff was generally good. Sometimes patients' bells could be answered quicker.
