Although I was unwell, I was totally happy and content, all the staff from doctor nurses HCA cleaning staff were all friendly and kind and the atmosphere was lovely.

Good? Excellent atmosphere among the nurses, doctors, cleaners etc.
Positive very high level of medical expertise.
What could be improved? the conditions of employment for nurses and doctors and the appointment/reliance significant on agency staff from the private sector. In either words, talk (English) government policy could be improved.

Very friendly and pleasant nurse and Dr's. Couldn't do enough to be helpful and considerate.
Obviously the ward itself is very antiquated and needs replacement. WiFi would be a great and to pass the very many dull hours in the ward.
