Good.
Pretty strong teamwork.
Good communication. Keeps patient in the loop.
Kindness.
Could be improved.
Nothing which bothered me unduly. They could obviously do with more staff - not their fault.
My principal gripe in the very large time gap between my time of admission to the Percival Potter ward ( 7 am) and the time of leaving for the operation ( about 4:45 pm) so I fasted from 10 pm the previous night to the time I was admitted to ward 5 B ready 10 pm (ready 24 hours). I was furnished and very very thirsty. My only complaint about ward 5 B is that it was noisy through latter part of the night (the noise being bleeping). But I couldn't be more pleased with the nursing and care staff - in deed all the staff including the cleaners and doctors.
Everything was very good, nothing could be improved.
Very thorougher, very responsive all medical team. No complaint.
Improvements.
- Parking.
- Don't cater for diabetic.
- Food bland.
- Biscuits/very surgery. Not catering for diabetic.
- Smoother process of being discharged.
Excellent doctors, nurses and all staff friendly.
