Staff was helpful and looked after me with care and respect. I arrived quite sometime before my appointment time but was booked in and seen by the nurse for my assessment.

Information and time given for questions etc was fantastic. Made to feel safe and that staff were very experienced and to be trusted. Pre-admission building was very old and will be better once they can move into the new building. Pre-admission blood tests etc in the new building were swift and organised which was excellent.
