Day time staff are efficient, attentive kind and compassionate, as if some night time staff, but not all and it notices so much because all staff here at banks from cleaners, receptionists, nurses, doctors are friendly, kind and compassionate and night times can be long if you feel anxious and vulnerable. I'm sure it's agency staff, because regular staff are wonderful.

The queuing system is very confusing - I ended up having to wait for over an hour even though the board said my dept was running only 20 mins behind, making me worried I had been 'skipped over' somehow.
