The care was fantastic before, during and aftercare. All explained thoroughly.
Silviu Dumitrache was amazing! Very caring, great people, persons.
Should be a nurses. We love him.

Little bit need to improve floor cleaning.
Staff look after very well.
Staff was helpful, polite and friendly.
Deal with respect.
Facilities all are very modern.

Good team spirit delivery standard quality can make you feel great and safe.
The team in the theatre was excellent. Amazed by their dedication and passion.

On arrival I was greeted with a smile and a good morning - all the staff were professional and very helpful. Everything regarding my procedure was explained to me by all the staff. They make you feel very safe. What a lovely safe unit to come to when you're feeling so low. Thank you everybody.

Reception kind and friendly!!
Professional, kind and sympathetic.
Approach towards patients.
Although my room was on by reception and felt like Victoria Station at times. :-)
Nurses need a microwave over!! And fresh coffee. God bless!!
