Every member of staff I met today was very kind, helpful, professional and friendly and made this a very positive experience - many thanks.
Also was in a clean, calm and spacious environment which made a great difference to the experience.

Nervous about the procedure but immediate on arrival everything set up, bed allocated, relaxed atmosphere and treated with respect and kindness throughout before and after.
The doctor bedside's manner was particularly good and went through what was going to happen and expectations.
Thank you all at ward.

All staff attentive.
- Ward needs a toaster. Would be nice to have toast in morning.

Intensity - one nurse one patient. Television in rooms. Food could be improved - variety would be great.

I am sure that even if you went private. You could not get this kind of medical attention and kindness.
