2.Highly -trained staff with sound clinical judgement and the right personal qualities.
3.Good, patient - focused care
4.Good food.
Overall I was very impressed with the HDU, which compares favourably to the Royal London HDU where I spent the previous week. Thank you to the whole team - you made a big difference at a critical point in my life.

Everyone on the hospital staff greet you with a smile - make time to listen, are cheerful and helpful, which makes a traumatic time in your life a little easier. All are very professional.

Cardio version not booked. This was an emergency pre-admission. Nurse Sarah explained everything. Very efficiently and apologized. Kept waiting over 30 mins for blood test. Seemed too long.
