Short wait, very nice and knowledgeable nurses, quick "handover" to X-ray.

All ward staff friendly and caring ward and rooms kept clean and tidy visitors were well looked after.
Drinks and snacks always available for patients.
Would have been nice to know what was happening during the day. i.e what time doctors were coming round if you were being taken any where that day e.g heart echo etc, what time you get medication etc.
Sometimes porters just appeared to take you somewhere unannounced.

Nice and easy being admitted, didn't have to go through the likes of A and E. Very nice room with en suite and TV, can't be faulted. All staff are polite and helpful. Kitchen facilities excellent. Would be nice to have our own entry onto ward rather than pressing buzzer (ward 4 C).

All the staff in charge, doctors, nurses etc, were very helpful, kind and polite and made me feel very good.
They were very gentle and had excellent bedside manners.

The care from the nurses was excellent. Very kind, efficient, thoughtful. The facilities were very good too. I was most impressed by the individual care and attention from the nursing staff.
Many thanks to them.
The food was good too.
Unfortunately I had to wait 2 hours- because of another emergency - outside the theater. It would have been better to wait on the ward and be warmer!
