All staff i.e doctors, nurses, cleaners - and others all so very loving and caring. Nothing was too much for them. You would ask for something and it was done straight away it was if you were the only one here excellent care all the time even in the middle of the night you never felt like you were alone.

Staff were wonderful. Surroundings do not inspire confidence (very 1960 ish) - clock still on winter time, taps dripping etc. During ablation nobody by my side that I was aware of is so felt lonely.
