Laura. Elwood is a great team nurse.
Christine George on receptionists showed me khat, nothing was too much trouble for her to deal with. Outstanding receptionist, for Bart Health Trust.

Outpatients nurse helped me to book a taxi home and took me to the toilet- good.
What needs to be improved is there is no information in braille available regarding my chemotherapy drugs- not my outpatient appointment.
