Radiologist was very kind and made me feel comfortable and calm. Noise levels in reception area was very loud, stressful, people speaking in elevated voices (level 2) and room was overcrowded.

When a patient who has had cancer in the past, shows you levels in a different area, you don't distress it but instead do a biopsy so that the patient doesn't then up in hospitals for months after not being treated.
