Reception/ introduction was good and friendly. Clinical procedure was efficient and all concerned were receptive to me. Particularly impressed that at every stage I was kept informed and made to feel comfortable. Post procedure again was good. Nice and friendly and v.efficient. One negative, transport from Whipps was unclear maybe driver should have been given written instructions as to destination.
