Very impressed.
Treated with great dignity by all members of staff and nursing care.
Andre, Menesh and Mary (the sisters) gave their time to answer some questions which seemed very daunting but they were great at reassuring.
All the night time health care assistants were friendly and attentive.
A smile goes a long way for a patient!!!
