Clinic didn't run very late. Only 45 mins wait.The nurse kept the waiting patients informed.Josephine on the reception was very friendly and enjoying. She was wearing the lovely bright Christmas jumper. Have lesser wait time and please get more seating space and perhaps some festive music as it's Christmas time! :-).
