Doctors listen, follow up on things/queries raised. Clinics run on time (in my experience). Dictated letters sent out to GP and patient are in good time and are an accurate record. Reception area is SBM clinic 6 is much better than the old area before the renovation works. Easier to get hold of the hospital via the telephone.
