Everyone has been helpful and explained what what was going to happen next and why things had to be done. One thing wasn't ideal. I had a handbag, rucksack and coat to pick up when I was called and by the time I had done so I couldn't see which way the nurse had gone - minor glitch! immediate someone pointed really helpful was one thing I found really helpful was the lady doing the mammograms gave me the best explanation of what she was doing, when it would be uncomfortable and how she needed me to stand/learn forward etc. that I have ever received before during and after.
