I am writing this on behalf of my mum who asked me to express her opinion. The reception at the Imaging reception was welcoming and very helpful. Mike in the scanning room was kind, as soon as he was notified of my monther's hearing problems he spoke clearly and face to face with her. He assisted her with kindness, patience and respect. I would also like to thank him for being very professional and taking care of her.
