Waited all day Thursday 24th March for my procedure only to be told it could not be done. I appreciate some procedures can be prolonged but I have a back problem and arthritis and found the day room so uncomfortable for eight and half hours! But re-scheduled for Tuesday. Mar 29th at 9.30 am more convenient for our travelling from Norfolk. And then all went well and care could not be faulted. Thank you.
