The hospital was exceptional. Well run efficient and professional . All the nursing staff I encountered were very polite and caring.
The receptionists should acknowledge people/patients when approaching the desk instead of been glued to the PC for couple of minutes or chatting to one another before the acknowledgement of the arrivals.
As a private hospital I expect a much better service from the main front desk staff.
This has gone for so long now with special long term receptionists.
Better customer service is needed on this department.
I underwent a Hernia operation on 21/06/19 I found the nursing staff absolutely fantastic the attention to detail relating to my wellbeing was truly outstanding.
All Staff were helpful and friendly.
We chatted amicably throughout the procedure.

Reception staff were welcoming, ward admin Jackie was chatty and cheerful and put me at my ease . HCA Faye who looked after me was caring and attentive , Staff Nurse. Carole did her utmost to ensure my stay and discharge went smoothly. Wendy and Lauren in theatre professional and calm making the whole experience as pleasant as possible .
Mr Chawla and Jenny specialist nurse so calm
And reassuring throughout the procedure and always professional . Jenny rang me to make sure I was progressing well post op and the fact she was in attendance for my follow up gave a real continuity of care .

First hygiene, aesthetics, environment and staff standards - professionals throughout. One of the finest meals I have had.
The hospital staff are friendly and helpful and the enviroment was adequate, with Tea/Coffee facilities on offer. Parking as with all hospitals can be tricky depending on what time your appointment is.
