From arrival at A&E Reception my son who accompanied me, were very impressed by the pleasant & efficient manner of everyone treating me. This included phlebotomy, x-ray , then back to ambulatory care.

You need to think of an alternative way of collecting water samples I was given a container & had to cross the waiting room & leave it on a tray at desk next to triage- in full view of waiting room.
