I was contented with the care I received it was very good.
Majority of midwifes treat you like a nuisance rather than a patient. A course in good manners wouldn't go amiss! I was spoken to rudely on numerous occasions by two midwives when totally unneccessary.
A and E on Monday was ok but came to emergency medical Hub day prior and no stats/blood were taken and only given painkillers. Got worse overnight and then got good treatment. However feel Sundays visit was a waste of time and not professional.
The nurses were fantastic from start to finish.
Nice and pleasant experience. Thanks Fiona.
Friendly extremely good and kind.
Felt at ease. Very polite - explained everything to me.
The nurses were nice and helpful.
Waiting time not too long.
Nursing staff very caring.
In A and E, staff standing outside treatment room doors calling patients names. Anyone with hearing difficulties may not hear name called.
Caring friendly competent staff. Can't see any improvement needed.
