Caring nature, especially from student nurses. Only one complaint: I asked for pain relief 3 times over 3 hours for appendicitis. After 3 1/2 hour I was given 2 paracetamol on meds round. Nurse said she'd get a doctor to prescribe something stronger, but he never came. (Monday nights 16/11).
