Great care,excellent treatment
Good care
Because I found the people kind and helpful, everything nice and clean.
So professional and yet personal touch. Make you feel they really care for you.
Dr Farooq and her team- you have that much confidence in her that you leave yourself completely in her hands, true faith. And that is the absolute true.
Mainly I just want food now and I was told to put it in via a survey.
Happy with all care
The staff in Resus were brilliant, efficient, made me relaxed and reassured.
I called 111 and was advised to use my epipen after having an allergic reaction that had caused a rash over my face and my throat to swell, making it difficult to swallow. After an hour, an ambulance didn't arrive, so we cancelled it and made my own way to a&e. I have history of allergic reactions and anaphylaxis for unknown reasons and was feeling very unwell in the waiting room. I was anxious, nauseous and lightheaded, but was still left hours waiting to be seen by a doctor. I understand it was busy as I could hear a lot of noise coming from majors, but I I did feel a little neglected and felt like I was just waiting it out under the care of other patients and receptionists. Thankfully my reaction sorted itself out and I was able to go home after a few hours to recover at home, but it wasn't my best experience in the emergency care centre.
Came away feeling I’d got no answer as to why I felt like I did on admission all test carried out could or didn’t confirm anything to me. Discharged
Staff were polite.
Very efficient, Polite and professional staff
