The staff were lovely, happy to help, very friendly everyone was. The consultant surgeon and anesthetist informed me and exactly what was happening. Food was lovely and the cups of tea delicious.

1. Very unhelpful - we were told 'we would not be long' but lots of people were seen ahead of us who came in after us with similar injuries.
Suggested improvements
1. Coffee medicine out of order (no drinks available).
2. Slow service - provide for more triage nurses.
3. Provided expected wait times.
