Son felt very fine and comfortable at all times, he is asd and learning difficulties, staff were very good at all times with him and helpful
Rang the number I was given told had to go straight to A&E to see the doctor before he finishes at 5pm. Got there at 4:30 to be told the doctor had already left and it would now have to be Grimsby hospital as ENT doctor wasn’t in!

Overall my mother was admitted to A&E, I found the experience difficult, in that locating her was awkward, finding out information was difficult, trying to explain her circumstances was not easy. The staff seemed ok, but were totally focused on her chest and not really interested in looking at other causes of a possible infection, I still don’t know if they actioned anything I asked.
I found water and kept giving it to my mum as she was very dehydrated- if I hadn’t no one would have offered her any.
Can’t falt the staff , they are doing the. Eat they can
I was made to feel very relaxed and without concern throughout the whole of my stay.
I gave this answer because this what I wanted to say.
My doctor was thorough and caring and made me feel at ease
The staff were excellent, I have no complaints about my treatment at all. Having to be left on my own was a bit scary but everyone was just brilliant. The new a&e is fantastic. Thanks to all concerned
I felt cared for and safe. I was treated with kindness and compassion.
Excellent staff
