At start of day, not enough chairs in waiting area. No problem for we to stand for a few minutes, but for okay??

Staff were really friendly and put me at ease.
Seemed very organised and calm.
The curtain was pulled for privacy when needed.
Suggested improvements
Communication prior to today has been poor (no by the ward) not when have seen consultant
urses they have all been good but organization of appointments I follow ups have been an issue.

Treated with care and compassion, staff very friendly and would chat when they could making your stay better and less lonely, I felt included in my care and decisions.
Suggested improvements
Nothing, all my needs were met and staff always checked I had everything I need and I am very grateful doctors were clear with their explanations.
