Reception lady was very rude and miserable I was nervous for scan and she made it worse.

I was very happy with how I was treated, and taken care of, especially as I was so anxious about having bowel surgery again after my bad past experience.

Just some gluten free bread sandwich options at tea time. Everything she was great.
