No clear explanation of injury or follow up.
Left on trolley needed bed pan no means of requesting help.
Sent back to care home at 3.30am (96 years old!)
Staff member spoken to on phone said she would let family know of outcome, no communication at all.
Suggested improvements
Communication with patient and relatives.
Checking if comfortable on trolley if needed toilet etc
