I do not appreciate listening to the ins and outs or reception staffs dating/holidays ect ect. I was just left in a chair waiting to be seen. Wasn't taken to the toilet when I asked a member of staff as they were busy getting mcdonalds and sorting that out. I was taken for an xray then just put back in waiting room, gave crutches and told that was all..even though I am still in agony and unable to weight bare on my ankle

Staff could be more discreet with their conversations. They could actually take patients to the toilet when they ask when they are not able by themselves..
