The way that the staff talked and treated me. Everything has been fine. Dr Farooq is fantastic, she saved my life and I'm going to join her classes in a few weeks. Even after you've left hospital still being cared for and it means a lot. Sergio the physiotherapist was fantastic and needs a gold medal. Very helpful with all of my exercises, not just telling me, showing me properly. Eve has helped by phoning my sister and helping with my visitors. It is better on the ward that someone like her does it, to relieve the nurses so that they can do what they need to do. It's most appreciated.
