Staff on reception from 6.10 am for 1 hour had 3 patients and just sat and staged off Karin regarding shifts allocation. Also discussed Tariq and Chlof at high volume.
Suggested improvements
Asked for pain relief as paracetamol did not work- have oromph normally 8.10 still waiting.
