At reception staff could be a little more helpful and kind. No compassion, no friendly face. Very abrupt They do not put you at ease at all. They are the first port of call so it is important for them to be more helpful and friendly with compassion. This must be one of the most important things that need to be addressed. Doctors could do with not huffing and puffing that's not very helpful or friendly at all. Certainly not put you at ease. The nurses I meet on fracture clinic were very nice and did show compassion and showed care.

Train your reception staff to be more helpful, friendly. A friendly face goes a long way. I understand that staff are over worked and underpaid but that is not the patience fault. And that's what they need to remember.
