It has been a huge relief for me (daughter) to have support from CPN (Angela) as for the past few years I have felt abandoned by everyone, even the NHS?CPN's. I am very impressed by how comprehensive the service is and I now feel that I am being helped sorting out all aspects of my mother's care.

We received lots of helpful information about the patient's care which helped us understand the condition, types of treatment, prognosis and resources available to us. The speed with which the diagnosis (Alzheimers)was made and the appointments from GP to memory clinic, MRI to neurologist, back to GP and contact through your mental health care team can't be faulted. We are very grateful for these services.
