Sophie was very good with me, she helped me to relax and feel very calm. She had a lovely relaxed voice which made me feel at ease straight away as my nerves are bad and I feel anxious all the time. She did her job very well. I wish there was more people like Sophie in the world today as no one seems to care about older people these days. She was like a breath of fresh air and I send her all my love. Best wishes Sophie.
