Cathy has always been friendly and helpful- always responds to phone calls quickly. The process has taken a very long time with problems in getting the CT scan done.

Thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to the CT Service at the Kettering General Hospital. However problems continue in terms of waiting times for our patients. Unfortunately this is outside our control but we will continue to do everything we can to support our patients whilst they are waiting for a scan.
